REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If for some stupid reason I sent you the wrong design or size, I will gladly replace it.
Send it back and I'll get the correct order out to you.

Since EVERYTHING is "print to order" I do not offer refunds or exchanges
if you ordered the wrong size.

Seeing as the item you ordered is custom made for you
and the actual garment was ordered just for you, I need you to be sure
that the size is correct.

There are size charts on every option available.
Please double check the sizes if you are unsure of exactly what you need

Shipping times are not guaranteed.

I have specific days of the week I dedicate to printing online orders and generally
orders go out within 1-3 weeks from the time you place the order.
But occasionally a touring band comes through and needs "emergency" shirts,
which sometimes throws me back about a week.
You patience is greatly appreciated....
